Images and description
We photograph our pieces as faithfully as we can, but screens render colour differently and photographs are often enlarged to show detail. Size, shade and finish may vary slightly from what you see. Hand-finishing means small variations between pieces are normal.
Wearing and care
Our pieces are nickel-safe, but we cannot rule out an individual reaction. Stop wearing a piece and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. We are not liable for damage caused by not following the care notes on each product page, or by accident, misuse or normal wear.
Availability and pricing
Listings are an invitation to order, not a guarantee of stock. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors, and may decline or cancel an order affected by one. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Razorpay and delivery by third-party couriers. We are not responsible for outages, delays or failures within their systems, though we will always help you resolve them.
