Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India only. We do not ship internationally yet. Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners; if yours is not, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Shipping charges
- ₹99 flat on orders under ₹1,499.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
The exact charge is always shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Counted from dispatch, not from when you order:
- Metro cities — 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of India — 5 to 8 business days
- Remote and hill areas — up to 10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather, strikes and courier backlogs can add time.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. If it has been more than 2 business days since you paid and you have not heard from us, write to .
Please check your address
Enter your address and PIN code carefully, and give a phone number the courier can reach. We are not able to change an address once a parcel is dispatched, and we cannot refund parcels lost because the address was wrong.
Failed delivery
Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you. We can re-ship it once you pay the shipping again, or refund the order value minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it if you can, or photograph it before opening. Then contact us within 48 hours — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
