What we sell

Ofira sells artificial (fashion) jewellery. Our pieces are gold-toned, not solid gold. They are typically a brass base with 18k gold-tone plating, set with cubic zirconia, shell pearls or similar stones. We describe the materials of every piece on its product page.

We do not sell precious metal or precious gemstones, we make no claim of gold purity or hallmarking, and our pieces should not be bought as an investment or valued as bullion.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it, but the contract forms only when we dispatch the piece. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if it was listed at an obviously wrong price, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Your order is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.

Appearance and variation

Photographs and on-screen colours are indicative. Screens vary, and handmade finishing means small variations between pieces are normal rather than defects.

Wearing our jewellery

Our pieces are nickel-safe, but anyone can react to any material. Stop wearing a piece and seek medical advice if you notice irritation. Follow the care notes on each product page: keep pieces away from water, perfume and hairspray, and store them dry. Damage from not following these notes is not a manufacturing defect.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. You may buy as a guest without creating an account.

Our content

The Ofira name, logo, designs, photography and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying pieces that match their description. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at .

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
